Terms of Use of Gift Vouchers

1. Subject of the voucher

1.1.

The gift voucher entitles its holder to a one-time use of accommodation services provided by LAMA HOUSE d.o.o. by deducting its nominal value from the price of accommodation in LAMA HOUSE mobile homes.

1.2.

The voucher can be used for any available mobile home on any available date, provided that the reservation is made within the validity period of the voucher. The stay itself may take place even after the voucher has expired. The voucher is not tied to a specific mobile home or date, unless expressly stated otherwise on the voucher.

2. Voucher value

2.1.

The voucher is issued in the nominal value stated on the voucher.

If the voucher value is lower than the accommodation price, the guest pays the difference according to the accommodation payment terms.
If the voucher value is higher than the accommodation price, the difference is non-refundable and forfeited, and there is no entitlement to a refund or transfer to another stay or service.

3. Voucher validity

3.1.

The voucher is valid until the date stated on the voucher.

3.2.

After the validity period expires, the voucher cannot be used when booking accommodation and its value expires without compensation. We recommend making the reservation sufficiently in advance before the voucher expires.

4. Voucher redemption

4.1.

The voucher can only be redeemed when booking a stay, by deducting its value from the accommodation price.

The voucher:

cannot be split between multiple stays,
cannot be exchanged for cash or other services,
cannot be combined with other discounts, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation of reservation

5.1.

If a reservation for which a voucher has been used is cancelled, the currently valid Cancellation Conditions for accommodation reservations of LAMA HOUSE d.o.o. apply.

The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the time of cancellation according to the valid Cancellation Conditions.
If the cancellation fee does not exceed the value of the voucher, a new voucher will be issued in a reduced value (original value minus the cancellation fee), with the original validity period. This does not create any entitlement to a cash refund.
If the cancellation fee is equal to or higher than the value of the voucher, the voucher expires without compensation.
If the reservation is cancelled after the voucher has expired, there is no entitlement to the issue of a new voucher, regardless of the amount of the cancellation fee.

6. Transferability

6.1.

The voucher is transferable and may also be used by a person other than the original purchaser, provided that they present a valid voucher. The voucher holder is responsible for its safe keeping and use.

7. Loss and misuse

7.1.

In the event of loss, theft or misuse of the voucher, the issuer bears no responsibility and the voucher will not be replaced.

8. Restrictions on use

8.1.

The voucher can only be used:

for accommodation in LAMA HOUSE mobile homes,
on available dates according to current capacity.

The voucher cannot be used:

to pay tourist fees,
to pay for services or fees charged by campsites,
for any other services or goods.

9. Additional terms

9.1.

By redeeming the voucher, the guest agrees not only to these terms, but also to:

the General Terms and Conditions of LAMA HOUSE d.o.o.,
the Cancellation Conditions for accommodation of LAMA HOUSE d.o.o.,
other documents valid at the time of the stay, especially arrival instructions and operating rules.

10. Final provisions

10.1.

The voucher issuer reserves the right to amend these terms as appropriate; however, such changes do not affect vouchers that have already been issued.

10.2.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
