(hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”)

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) and the relevant legislation of the Republic of Croatia and the Czech Republic.

1. Categories of personal data processed

1.1.

We only process the data necessary to ensure your reservation and stay:

first and last name,
date of birth,
type and number of travel document,
permanent address,
contact details (telephone, e-mail),
information about the number of people (adults, children),
other data necessary to ensure the contract and legal obligations, such as health data if related to the provision of services.

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing

2.1.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Fulfillment of the accommodation contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – processing the reservation, communication before and during the stay, provision of agreed services.
Fulfillment of legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) – in particular mandatory guest registration according to Croatian legislation (eVisitor system), accounting and tax obligations.
Legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – protection of property, exercise and defense of legal claims.

3. Recipients of personal data

3.1.

Your personal data may be transferred to:

operators of the campsite or accommodation area where you will be accommodated, to the extent necessary for securing a stay,
public authorities, if required by law, such as police or tourist offices,
service providers of the Administrator, such as an accounting firm, IT support or cleaning service, on the basis of a contract on the processing of personal data.

4. Data retention period

4.1.

We store personal data:

for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period necessary to protect our rights and perform legal obligations,
accounting and tax documents – 10 years from the end of the accounting period,
data for guest registration according to Croatian regulations – according to the deadlines set by the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

5. Rights of data subjects

5.1.

You have the right:

to request access to personal data and a copy thereof,
to request correction of inaccurate or outdated data,
to request the deletion of data if the purpose of their processing has ceased to exist or you withdraw your consent, unless there is another legal basis for processing,
to request restriction of processing,
to object to processing if it is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest,
to file a complaint with the supervisory authority:
- in Croatia: Agency for Personal Data Protection (AZOP) – www.azop.hr,
- in the Czech Republic: Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) – www.uoou.cz.

6. Processing and security method

6.1.

Personal data is processed in electronic and paper form, secured against misuse, loss and unauthorized access. Only persons authorized by the Administrator have access to the data.
