Cancellation Conditions for Accommodation Reservations

1. Deposit and booking confirmation
1.1.The reservation becomes binding after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price, unless the accommodation provider and the guest agree otherwise.
1.2.The deposit includes a non-refundable cancellation fee of €100 (or CZK 2,500 if paid in CZK), which covers administrative and operational costs associated with processing the reservation. This fee is part of the accommodation price and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
 

2. Cancellation of reservation by the guest
2.1.If a guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
  • more than 30 days before arrival – the deposit paid is returned after deducting the non-refundable cancellation fee according to point 1.2,
  • 30 to 15 days before arrival – the deposit is forfeited in full,
  • less than 15 days before arrival – 80% of the total price of the stay is charged,
  • failure to show up for the stay without prior cancellation – 100% of the stay price will be charged.
2.2.In justified cases of serious and demonstrable circumstances that the guest could not influence (e.g. serious illness, hospitalization, natural disaster), the accommodation provider may, at its discretion, offer an individual solution to cancellation fees, including the possibility of moving the date of stay at a price corresponding to the new date. The guest does not have a legal right to an individual adjustment of the cancellation conditions.
 

3. Cancellation by the accommodation provider
3.1.In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider is obliged to refund all amounts already paid to the guest, including any cancellation fee, no later than 14 days from the notification of cancellation of the reservation.
 

4. Other provisions
4.1.These cancellation conditions are valid for all reservations made directly through LAMA HOUSE doo or its contractual partners (by e-mail, WhatsApp, Messenger or other means of direct communication).
